Biography 
Christopher M. Priest, a member with Blackburn, Maloney and Schuppert, primarily provides legal services in the areas of probate, estate planning, corporate law, and litigation. Mr. Priest’s practice includes conservatorships, and trust and estate management. In addition to probate law and estate administration, Mr. Priest works with businesses and corporations, providing legal assistance for the organization of business entities.
Mr. Priest was appointed Special Probate Judge from June 23, 2007 to June 30, 2007 by the Honorable Steven E. Haddock, Presiding Circuit Judge of the Eighth Judicial Circuit. Additionally in 2007, Mr. Priest was appointed County Guardian and Conservator for Morgan County, Alabama and continues to serve the County in such capacity.
